Do you ever come across a saying, a word, a quotation that stops you in your tracks and makes you think? I'm sure you do.

When I saw this Zen saying, I had to stop and think about it for the meaning to sink in. And then I pulled out by brush and paint, and recorded it.





Once the meaning has sunk in, the next thing to figure out is the "how". Because if you don't know the how, you stay stuck in the statement and continue in the same old way. These sayings are meant to spur us to action and make some changes, but they are useless if we don't know how...
